Construct a two storey dwelling with separate garage serviced with an effluent treatment system and polishing filter.

• Design proposed dwelling and garage and apply for and obtain planning permission.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings will design of all structural requirements.
• Lodgement of commencement notice.
• Prepare specification and put out to Tender. 
• Nomination of contractor with client.
• Supervision by periodic inspections through all all construction until completion
