Construct a single storey dwelling with attic accommodation serviced with a septic tank and percolation area and construct a separate domestic garage all under construction early 2019 Works

• Design proposed dwelling and garage and apply for and obtain planning permission.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings will design of all structural requirements.
• Lodgement of commencement notice.
• Prepare specification and put out to Tender.
• Nomination of contractor with client.
• Supervision by periodic inspections through all all construction until completion (works ongoing in early 2019)
