Demolish existing dwelling house and decommission existing septic tank and to construct a new single storey dwelling house with a new mechanical treatment unit, intermittent filter and polishing filter and to construct a separate domestic garage.

• Design proposed layout and apply for planning permission.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings will all structural requirements.
• Lodgement of commencement notice and accept role of assigned certifier and designer for the project.
• Supervision by periodic inspections through all all construction until completion.
